I, the tiny squirrel feel I’m being watched, and I am. A hawk with big sharp talons and big eyes is watching me carefully. The hawk moves, I bolt, leaping from branch to branch. The hawk watching my every move, dodging every branch, still watching me carefully. I take a leap for a bunch of leaves, [ my home] I land. The hawk swoops around trying to figure out how to get me. The hawk dives at a high pace for the bunch of leaves and knocks me out of my home. I head face first, falling about 100 feet to the soft left carpet. I quickly jump onto my feet and bolt up the closest tree, the hawk still half a meter away from me. I take a leap for the next tree, the hawk follows. I trick the hawk by falling out of the tree at the last second and landing on the good soft leaves, sending the hawk crashing into the tree he's dead! Woo hoo I won! Then I scurried into my tiny home. Yum acorns for lunch, I would prefer acorns for lunch than the hawk having me for lunch any day.
